📄 Booking Policy & Session Expectations


To officially secure your session, a $25 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit goes toward your total and locks in your date and time on my calendar.


Please note, I kindly ask that you book at least 4 days in advance so I can plan accordingly — I also work another job, and this helps me make sure I’m fully available and prepared to give you the best experience possible.


Make sure to arrive on time for your session. Every minute counts when capturing your moments — especially when working with natural light or a tight schedule. If you’re running late, just send me a quick message. I’ll always do my best to work with you.


By booking, you’re agreeing to these terms. I truly appreciate your time, communication, and trust — and I’m looking forward to creating something amazing with you.


 

🔄 Rescheduling & Weather Policy
I understand that things come up, and I’m happy to work with you when plans need to change. If you need to reschedule your session, please provide at least 48 hours' notice so I can adjust my calendar. Your $25 deposit will transfer to the new date.

🌦️ Weather-Related Reschedules
If weather conditions aren’t ideal (rain, strong winds, etc.), I’ll reach out before your session to discuss options. Together, we’ll decide whether to move forward, change locations, or pick a new date. There is no penalty for rescheduling due to weather — I want your photos to look their absolute best!
